Payment and Prices
All prices displayed on our website include VAT but exclude delivery charges. Goods may be paid for by credit card,debit card, personal or building society cheque. If paying by credit card the total price payable will be deducted from your account on placing the order. If paying by cheque, the goods will only be dispatched after the funds have cleared. Please pay cheques to “Pine & Cane Furnishings Ltd”. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card or debit card has been properly received.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment method has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund to the payment method in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Delivery
Free home Delivery to your door! We are committed to getting your order delivered as fast, efficient and as safely as possible.

Cost
Delivery is FREE to most UK mainland destinations.

Our Free Delivery Guarantee refers to deliveries within most of mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales) destinations. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Isles or Highlands as well as some areas of the Scottish Highlands may incur an extra Delivery charge. Delivery address
When you order, the option to specify a separate Delivery and billing address will be available. We give you the option to Delivery to your own address or someone else’s for convenience or maybe a gift!

Order tracking
You can track your order at any time during the order process. To track your order contact customer services, by emailing us or telephoning us on 020 8399 3293 quoting your order reference number.

Subscriber Discount.

The NEWSUB 10% discount can be used in-store but only for products purchasable on the website.
For example, Harrison Spinks mattresses are not included in the offer.
Only applies to full price items. Excludes reduced or items on offer.

Delivery Dates
Delivery on our more popular lines that we keep in stock are 7 – 14 days. For non stock items the delivery is around 2-6 weeks. We will notify you on placing the order of estimated delivery times. We will endeavor to deliver the goods within the times stated but the supply and delivery of the goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates that we specify for delivery are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.

Availability of goods
All products and or services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these goods and we will refund any money paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Special Sizes
Once an order has been received and payment taken for special size or tailor made products we will not refund for cancelations.

Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. If the goods are to be carried over the threshold of the house then you will be at risk and we will not be liable for any damage to the goods and/or the property and/or items in or outside the property. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery.

Product Guarantees
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months unless otherwise stated.

Returned Goods
** Goods will only be accepted for return if unused and in a re-saleable condition and in original packaging (Fully dis-assembled)Made to order items are an exception to the Distance Selling Regulations and will not be accepted as a return for a credit or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. ***
Unless the product is being returned due to a manufacturing fault or supplier error there will be a handling charge of £50 or 20% of the invoice value, whichever is the greater.
If the goods are returned for any other reasons than being defective then you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the goods to us. Alternatively we will collect the goods and charge you the direct cost of collection.
All returned goods will be inspected and we reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted prior to any credits being raised. These warranties do not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware it can take up to 10 days for the courier to collect a return request. - These warranties do not affect your statutory rights 

if the goods are damaged or faulty
Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged, missing, wrongly supplied or faulty. If you inform us within 28 days of receipt of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty we will refund return postage and replacement at our expense. you may inform us by using any of the contact details below. Please endure that the original packaging is kept for examination.
