After your order has been placed an email will be sent to you including all information required by the Europelan Commission's Distant Selling Directive. This is not confirmation of payment! If paying by debit or credit card, then you should receive this confirmation via a separate email from us, but please get in touch if this payment confirmation is not received, as we wil not process your order otherwise.

We do not store, access or retain any of your credit card details - all these sensitive payment details are only given by you, when you get taken to Protx Secure Gateway to transact the payment for your order, and even then it is not stored anywhere. Your bank does the rest, and your details remain very safe.
The entire website is protected by the latest technology. We do not share or provide your information to any external organisation, other than delivery information for despatch.
Privacy
Any information that we collect about you, will be used only in normal order completion and account processing activities and will be used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will never pass your details on to another party without your permission.
